Hi there!

My name is Ojashwi (🔉 oh-jush-we) and I am a UX researcher and strategist.

I have worked with Fortune 500 companies to create accessible products that anticipate people’s needs, meet them where they are, and help them find joy. In collaboration with product managers and designers, I unpacked the complex problems my clients were trying to solve and helped them build sustainable, human-centered solutions.

My problem solving approach is driven by having a beginner’s mind about understanding the root causes of problems and recognizing that innovation does not always mean creating something new. It is about having a different perspective.

Outside of work, you can find me on the hunt for the best espresso in Los Angeles, learning how to perfect the butterfly stroke, and planning my next adventure.
